Important Instructions :

Who can Re-register?

  • Re-Registration is applicable for all Courses in the current semester.
  • Students who were not sucessful in earlier registered courses(Re-appear).
  • Students who were not eligible due to lack of attendance or other reasons(NE).

Step 1-
Log in using VTU Id and Register number as password.
Step 2-
Student can select the Department and the Course category from the drop down options.
Step 3-
Upon selection Please add the course title for re-registration in the cart.
Step 4-
After Completing the selection process ,Click the Cart and Submit.
Step 5-
You can check the courses selected under RR Summary.
Step 6-
After 48 hours of submission the status of your re-registration will be updated under Accepted or Rejected tab. Just in case your dashboard is not updated please contact your Mentor / HoD.
Step 7-
Upon receipt of HoD's approval via email, Click the payment tab to proceed for payment.
Step 8-
Students can download(PDF) the final list of courses approved by their HoD from their dashboard.

Note:
• On submitting the courses for re-registration, the same courses which were registered in the previous semesters will be withdrawn (de-registered); thereby the internal mark scored previously stands cancelled.However the arrear information is printed in the grade card upto the previous semester.
• Students are requested to check their dashboard regarding the course approval status and the amount payable(after HoD's Approval) towards Re-Registration.
